 SCREEN PRINTING

 

Q: How do I prep my artwork file?

 

A: All Files must be 300 DPI or a Vector File. Preferred file types are .PSD, .TIF, .EPS, .AI, .PDF, and .JPG. Design should be sized to print. 

 


Q: What is your turn around time?

 

A: Typical turnaround time is 7-15 business days + shipping time. Turnaround time is only an estimate, is not guaranteed and starts when your order is paid for AND we have all information to complete your job. Complex designs or orders with extra add-ons may increase turnaround time. Allow for at least 3 additional days for interior printed tags. If you have a deadline for your order, you must let us know when placing your order and a rush fee may be applied. Taking longer than 24 hours to approve your digital proofs may delay your order. Any circumstances out of KMG’s control (ie: weather delays, shipping errors by the supplier, etc.) may also require more time and are not factored into the initial turn around time estimate.

 


Q: Do you have a minimum?

A: We will do an order as small as 24 shirts per design but we recommend printing at least 50 for best pricing.

 


Q: Can I mix and match shirt styles?

 

A:Yes!


Q: I am missing a few shirts, what happened?

 

A: All orders can have up to 5% under run. Some shirts could be damaged during printing. Because of this, we cannot guarantee that you will receive 100% of the garments in your order. We strongly recommend ordering a few extras to account for this possibility. We always strive to give you everything you ordered, however, if there is a shortage with your order, we will refund or subtract difference on your bill.

 


Q: When do I need to pay?

 

A: For new customers we always expect 50% down before completing any of the order and then the remainder at pick up or before the order is shipped.

EMBROIDERY


Q: Do you have a minimum quantity order?

 

A: Embroidery minimums are generally 12 pieces per logo. However, we make exceptions for special projects and existing customers.

 


Q: What do you need to digitize my logo?

A: We can digitize your logo using any digital image. You can send us the artwork of your logo in any computerized format such as JPG, PDF, EPS, AI.


Q: What if my logo is already digitized?

 

A: If you already have your logo digitized, you can email it to us and avoid the setup fee. However, your logo must be in a DST format. Acceptable embroidery files include Tajima, Barudan and Melco digitized embroidery files. We recommend you include a JPEG file along with the digitized file. Impressive Image Works is not responsible for the embroidery quality of customer supplied DST files.

 


Q: Can you modify the original design of my logo?

A: We can modify the original size and colors of your logo. We can also include extra lettering lines to your logo. However, if you need to modify another part of the design, we may need to re-digitize your logo.

 


Q: How long does it take to have my order ready?

 

A: Our turnaround is 7-10 business days however we are flexible with rush orders. If you have a specific deadline let us know before so we can schedule your order so we can work closely with you on the time line.

 


Q: Can I mix and match apparel styles, sizes and colors?

 

A: Yes!


Q: Will you embroider items sent to you?

 

A: Yes, for special projects and existing customers.


Q: Can I chose a specific thread color?

 

A: Yes, see the Madeira electronic color cards and choose the thread number. While every attempt is made to reproduce thread colors accurately, colors on your monitor or printed on paper may not precisely match actual thread colors. For precise matching please refer to the physical color card at our office.
